The material of the future

Harder than diamond. 300× stronger than steel.

Graphene is a super-material that is harder than diamonds, 300 times stronger than steel, and a better conductor of electricity than copper. These unique properties have the potential to disrupt and transform multiple industries — and demand is growing.

Global market potential for our Graphene Modifier, based on 4.1 billion MT of Portland global cement production: US $60–100 billion.

  • Chinese potential market — US $36–60 billion
  • Nigerian potential market — US $1–1.5 billion
  • German potential market — €500–800 million
  • European potential market — €2.5–4.25 billion

On top of this you can count on carbon credits as part of the profit.

Product

Graphene Modifier V2 — for various concrete production

The Graphene Modifier V2 is a multifunctional additive that improves the overall characteristics of Portland cement-based products. As a modifier-activator, it enables the creation of composite binder compositions with unparalleled characteristics. Proper proportions improve properties such as strength, acid resistance and fire resistance.

Depending on the application area and mixture location, the dosage of the modifier is determined so that the final product possesses the desired properties — compressive strength, flexural strength, water resistance, frost resistance, thaw resistance, acid resistance, high thermal resistance, and a linear thermal expansion coefficient of over 2000 °C.

Consumption

  • 3–5 kg per 1 MT of Portland cement

Effects

  • 20%–45% reduction of Portland cement consumption
  • The same level of CO₂ emissions
  • 2–4× faster achievement of concrete strength standards
  • Less weight of concrete
  • Higher level of waterproofing
  • Up to 30% concrete production cost savings

End products using the modifier have the following advantages

  • High strength (composite cement-based up to 150 MPa)
  • Improved workability
  • Low hydration temperature
  • Strength gain up to 60% of the concrete class within the first day
  • Water resistance and seawater durability
  • High chemical resistance
  • High resistance to chlorides, sulfates and acids
  • Frost resistance of 500 cycles or more
  • Thaw resistance
  • High heat resistance (over 2000 °C) — conventional concrete is 300–400 °C
  • Increased service life of structures
  • Low environmental impact
  • Crack prevention
  • Reduced construction costs

Product

Graphene Modifier SV-2 — for road construction

Consumption

  • 0.75–2.25 kg per 1 m³ of construction soil, which is good for 4–5 m² of new road

Effects

  • Up to 3–4× faster road construction period
  • Minimum 2× cheaper construction costs
  • No negative environmental impact compared with classical road construction
  • Much more reliable, longer-living roads with far lower maintenance costs

Energy

Producing hydrogen from water using graphene-covered non-ferrous metals

Hydrogen production from water is a critical area of research, especially in the context of sustainable energy solutions. One innovative approach involves using graphene-covered non-ferrous metals, which can enhance the efficiency of hydrogen generation through various methods, including electrolysis and photochemical reactions.

By leveraging the unique properties of graphene and non-ferrous metals, we can unlock new possibilities in hydrogen production, contributing to a sustainable energy landscape.
